AVA Volumes was established in 2020 in Warsaw, Poland. We are a team of designers, manufacturers, climbers and routesetters, and we are very proud of our customers’ experience while using our products.
With our very own workshop in the heart of Poland, we keep growing, always connected with the trends of the global volumes market.
All our volumes models are made of 18 mm waterproof plywood, high-quality hardware, and a special grip texture. All these aspects combined plus a passion for climbing and woodworking is our guarantee to produce volumes to the highest possible standards.

About our volumes…
All models are made of 18 mm waterproof plywood, high-quality hardware such as industrial gym self-guided barrel t-nuts from Escape Climbing USA, and special brass screw cup inserts, which provide a smooth assembly with less friction (screw vs. cup insert). After two years of testing, the AVA Volumes offers a special grip texture, not too aggressive but ideal for any level of climbing. All our volumes are finished with PU clear varnish (inside) and PU matte paint (outside).
